|“||Shall the limitation upon the amount of general ad valorem taxes imposed upon real and tangible personal property for all purposes in any one year under the Michigan Constitution be increased in the County of Oceana, Michigan by 0.10 mills (which is equal to $0.10 per $1,000.00 of taxable value of all such property) for a period of four (4) years, 2012 through 2015 inclusive, for the purpose of funding, equipping, staffing, maintaining and operating a Department of Veterans Affairs to provide support and assistance services to all qualified veterans, their eligible spouses and families as authorized under PA 192 of 1953 and to be administered and operated under the guidelines set forth under PA 192 of 1953? The amount of revenue the County will collect if the millage is approved and levied by the County in the first calendar year is estimated to be $107,050.
