Four statewide ballot questions were on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Ohio.

  • All four measures on the ballot were initiated constitutional amendments.
  • One of the measures was approved, while three were defeated.
  • 1914 was the second year that citizen-initiated measures were on the Ohio ballot. Amendment 1 was the first citizen-initiated measure to be approved by the state's voters.
