Ohio Issue 1, Tax Classifications (1929)

Ohio Issue 1 was on the November 5, 1929 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.
Issue 1 authorized a classification scheme for calculating taxes. It amended Section 2 of Article XII of the Ohio Constitution, and repealed Section 3 of Article XII.
