The Ohio Notice for Municipal Charters Amendment, also known as Referred Issue 3, appeared as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment in Ohio where it was approved on the ballot on November 3, 1970.[1]
  • This amendment allows notices for municipal charters to be published in newspapers instead of mailed.
