Eleven statewide ballot questions have been approved for the November 2, 2010 ballot in the state of Oklahoma. The signature filing deadline for the 2010 ballot in Oklahoma is September 2010. The signature requirements for proposed constitutional amendments is 219,400 and 117,013 for proposed state statutes. As of April 2010, two ballot initiatives had been filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State. Oklahoma Legislature can refer measures to the ballot until session ends.
