will not appear on a ballot

The Oklahoma Firearms Amendment did not make the 2012 statewide ballot in the state of Oklahoma as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have clarified the manner in which firearms may be carried in the state. The measure was sponsored by State Representative Sue Tibbs. The measure must go through legislative debate and vote before being placed on the Oklahoma statewide ballot.[1]
