Oklahoma State Question 241 (Initiative #166) appeared on the 1940 ballot in Oklahoma. It received 294,346 "Yes" votes and 212,701 "No" votes; however, it required 423,886 "Yes" votes for passage, so it failed.

It was an initiated state statute.

The objective of the measure was to redefine the duties and qualifications for membership of the state Board of Medical Examiners.
