Oklahoma State Question 398 (Initiative #267) appeared on the 1960 ballot in Oklahoma.

It failed, with 183,173 in favor and 353,446 opposed.

It was an initiated state statute.

The objective of the measure was to allow for and fund the development of a state system of county roads.

82,007 signatures were filed to qualify it for the ballot.
