Oklahoma State Question 5, also known as Oklahoma Initiative 1, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Oklahoma as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. It was Oklahoma's first citizen initiative.[1]

  • The measure sought to allow the sale of public lands.
