Biography

Larsen earned an Associate's degree in Diesel Technology from the University of North Dakota-Williston. He later earned a B.S. in Vocational Education from Valley City State University, and a M.S. in Educational Leadership from North Dakota State University. He has worked as an instructor of automotive technology.
