|Shall Olive Township impose an increase of .25 mills ($.25 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for three (3) years, 2012, 2013, and 2014 inclusive, for library services, raising an estimated $38,892.50 in the first year the millage is levied?|
