A Oneida School District Operations Levy Renewal measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Oneida school district area, which is in Eaton County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current property tax levy of $6.15 per $1,000 of assessed property on homestead and agriculture properties in the district. The levy would be renewed for a further five years.

  • YES 26 (78.8%)Approveda
  • NO 7 (21.2%)

The second measure will allow the district to levy up to 18 mills on non residential property also for a further five years.[1]

  • YES 22 (68.8%)Approveda
  • NO 10 (31.3%)[2]
