A Oregon Multiple Taxes Initiative did not make the November 6, 2012 statewide ballot as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have called for prohibiting legislative delegation of authority to impose or increase charges or fees.[1]

The measure was not certified for petition circulation following advice by the Oregon Attorney General on February 9, 2010.[2]
