A Ovid-Elsie School District Property Tax Increase measure will be on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Ovid-Elsie school district area, which is in Clinton County.

This measure seeks to increase the current property tax levy on non primary residential property by a rate of $.60 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further four years in order to provide for operational costs of the school.[1]
