A Palmdale Adoption of a City Charter, Measure CH was on the November 3, 2009 ballot in Los Angeles County for voters in the City of Palmdale, where it was approved.

  • Yes: 5,724 (81.78%) Approveda
  • No: 1,275 (18.22%)

The question asked on the ballot was, "Shall the citizens of Palmdale restore home-rule and local control by adopting a city charter to allow the City of Palmdale, rather than the State, the flexibility, discretion, and accountability to control local municipal affairs?"
