November 6, 2012 ballot in the Palmyra-Eagle school district, which is in Jefferson, Waukesha and Walworth Counties, where it was defeated.
This measure sought to allow the district to exceed the state set revenue limit by a rate of $430,000 per year for a period of four years in order to further pay for maintenance and operational costs in the district.

The question on the ballot:
|Be it resolved by the School Board of the Palmyra-Eagle Area School District, Jefferson, Waukesha and Walworth Counties, Wisconsin, that the final school district budget for the 2013-14 through the 2016-17 school years shall include, on a nonrecurring basis, an amount of $430,000 in excess of the revenue limits imposed by Section 121.91(2m) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of paying district operation and maintenance costs.|
