Pat Timmons was a 2012 Green Party candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the 4th Congressional District of Michigan.

Biography

Timmons was raised in Redford Township, MI. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan in 1972 and went on to obtain his master's degree from Eastern Michigan University two years later. He worked as a high school teacher in Charlotte, Michigan until 1981 before moving on to the training department at Consumers Power Company. In 1984, he started a consulting company to work with customers in the Automotive, Semiconductor, and Medical Device industries. Since 2004, he has served as the principal of the Alternative High School in Alpena, Michigan. He currently serves on the Board of Northwest Michigan Disabilities Network. [1]
