Patrick Colbeck is a Republican member of the Michigan State Senate, representing District 7 since January 1, 2011. He currently serves as State Senate Assistant Majority Caucus Leader.

Colbeck has more than 20 years of professional experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Automotive, Information Technology and financial services fields. Alongside his work as a Senator, Colbeck is an independent management consultant and president of Perspective Shifts, LLC since 2004. In 2007, Patrick formed Tek Made Easy, a web hosting services company.

Colbeck won election to the 7th District of the Michigan State Senate in 2010. He defeated Democrat Kathleen Law, Libertarian Marlin Brandys, and Independents Michael Kheibari and John Stewart in the November 2 general election.[1]
