Paul Costa is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 34. He was first elected to the chamber in 1998.

Costa has served as President of the Wilkins Township Board of Commissioners. In 1992, he was an alternate delegate to the Democratic National Convention. He then served as Commissioner of the Wilkins Township Board of Commissioners from 1996 to 1999. He has also served as Vice Chair of the Wilkins Township Democratic Committee since 1992.

Biography

Costa attended the Allegheny County Local Government Academy. He earned his A.G.S. from the Community College of Allegheny County in 1988 and his B.A. in Accounting from Point Park University in 1994. His professional experience includes working as Deputy in Charge of Family Division for the Allegheny County Prothonotary's Office from 1978 to 1998 and for Aramark as a Level Supervisor from 1992 to 1999.
