Paul DeMarco (b. July 20, 1967) is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 46th district, Jefferson County. He was first elected in a special election in 2005.

DeMarco is a partner in the law firm of Parsons, Lee and Juliano.

He is a member of the Homewood Chamber of Commerce, Hoover Chamber of Commerce, Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce, Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce, and President of the Birmingham Bar Foundation.[1]
