Paul Gilligan was a Democratic candidate for District 3B of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Gilligan ran unopposed in the September 14 primary. He lost to Michael Hough (R) in the November 2 general election.[1]
