Paul Greenawalt was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 43 of the Michigan House of Representatives. He unsuccessfully ran for the same seat in 2008.

Greenawalt is a former member of the US Taxpayers Party of Michigan, for which he served as 2nd Vice Chairman.[1][2]

Greenawalt ran in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 43. He was defeated by incumbent Gail Haines in the Republican primary on August 7.[3][4]

Greenawalt was elected (former) 2nd Vice Chairmen of The US Taxpayers Party so he could learn more about politics. This position was elected by the party and was a volunteer position with no pay.

Personal

Greenawalt is a college graduate and married to his wife, Bonita; He is the father of two children. They attend Church in Waterford. He is a former Christian rapper and musician who was in a band.[1] Paul got 2,756 votes in the 2012 Republican primary election and spent very little money with good results.

Expect him to return in 2014
