A Perry City Transportation Levy Addition measure is on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the city of Perry, which is in Shiawassee County.

This measure seeks to add to the current transportation levy by a rate of $.25 per $1,000 of assessed value for a period of two years in order to pay for fund the city's portion of the Shiawassee Area Transportation Agency services.[1]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall a special millage for public transportation services be levied in an amount not to exceed .25 mill ($.25 per $1,000.00 of taxable valuation) annually for a period of two years.[2]
