Peter Fagan (b. June 12, 1957) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Rutland-5-1. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.


Fagan earned his BS from Louisiana State University in 1980. He later received his Master's in Strategic Studies at Army War College in 2005.

Fagan has served in the Vermont National Guard as a Colonel.

He has also served on the Rutland School Board.
