Peter F. Martin (b. May 3, 1941) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 75. In 2009, Martin joined the Rhode Island House of Representatives.

Martin earned his BA from Providence College in 1964. He then attended Boston College of Social Work from 1965 to 1966. He went on to receive his MBA from Bryant College in 1977.

Martin has worked in the following positions: Web Site Developer, Real Estate Investor, and Software Application and Product Marketing Consultant.

Martin won re-election to the 75th District Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in September 14 Democratic primary and defeated Republican Patrick Donovan in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2][3]
