Phil Isley was a 2012 Independent candidate for District 16 of the Alaska House of Representatives.

Isley ran in the 2012 election for Alaska House of Representatives District 16. He ran as a non-affiliated candidate and was challenged by Harriet Drummond (D), Jimmy Crawford (R), and Tracy Shaffer (R, Write-in) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2] Isley was defeated in the general election.[3]
