Phil Kurtz was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 132 of the Texas House of Representatives.

Kurtz ran in the 2012 election for Texas House of Representatives, District 132. Kurtz ran unopposed in the May 29 primary election and was defeated by incumbent William Callegari (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
