Phil Pavlov is a Republican member of the Michigan State Senate, representing District 25 since January 1, 2011. He currently serves as State Senate Assistant Majority Floor Leader. Prior to his time in the Senate, Pavlov served three terms in the Michigan House of Representatives.

Before his election to the legislature, Pavlov owned and operated Dexter Equipment Company, a business specializing in truck sales and heavy equipment repair.

Pavlov attended St. Clair Community College, where he studied business administration. He graduated from St. Clair High School.
