Philip Bartlett is a former Democratic member of the Maine State Senate, representing District 6 from 2004-2012. He served as the Senate Majority Leader from 2008 to 2010.

Bartlett graduated from Tufts University with his Bachelor's degree in 1998 and later graduated with his law degree from Harvard Law in 2001.
