Philip Curtis (b. May 20, 1942) is a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives. He has represented the 86th District since 2004 and currently serves as Assistant Minority Leader.

Curtis is a self-employed road consultant. He has served in the Maine National Guard and is a member of the United Baptist Church.[1]
