Phillip Potvin is a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 102 since January 1, 2011.

Potvin is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Western Concrete. He retired in 2006. He is also a life-long member of the Michigan National Guard.

Potvin graduated from the Michigan Military Academy and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Albion College.

Potvin won election to the District 102 Seat in 2010. He defeated Linda Howard, Morris Langworthy, Jr., Jeremy Mishler and Ryan Steig in the August 3 Republican primary. He defeated Jodi Gabert (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.
