Phillip Potvin is a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 102 since January 1, 2011.

Potvin is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Western Concrete. He retired in 2006. He is also a life-long member of the Michigan National Guard.

Potvin won re-election in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 102. He ran unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and defeated Brendan Maturen (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
