|“||This amendment will amend Section 6.05(d) of the City Charter of the City of Potterville, Eaton County, Michigan, to eliminate the provision of that Section requiring the City of Potterville to reduce its maximum authorized millage rate for new taxable additions beyond reductions imposed by the Headlee Amendment to the Michigan Constitution; if approved, this amendment would restore Section 6.05(d) of the City Charter to its original language approved by the voters in 1988. Shall Section 6.05(d) of the Charter be so amended?||”|
