|State executive officials|
Note: The signature-filing deadline is the date by which candidates must file nominating signatures with election officials in order to have their name placed on the ballot.
All partisan signature-filing deadlines passed before August. In New York, Oregon and Wyoming, independent candidates could still file nominating signatures by August deadlines.
August features primaries in 14 states, with the last 8 primaries of the year scheduled for September.
