R. C. Pruett (b. September 19, 1944) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 19th District since 2004.

Pruett is owner and operator of Pruett's Foods. He and his wife, Barbara, have three children: Stacie Rodriguez, Shannon and Ray.
