Rachel Storch (b. September 5, 1972) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. She represented District 64 from 2005 to 2011.

Prior to joining the House, Storch served as Consultant to McCormack Baron from 2004-2005, Legal Counsel and Director of Policy to State Senator Ken Jacob from 2002-2003, and Deputy Chief of Staff/Senior Policy Advisor to Senator Jean Carnahan from 2000-2002. She earned her JD from Washington University and BA in History/Literature from Harvard University.

Storch is a Board Member of the Children’s Trust Fund, Cultural Trust Fund Board Member of the Missouri Arts Council, and a member of the Missouri State Bar Association, Missouri Women’s Council, Nurses for Newborns, and Women Lawyers Association.[1]
