Ralph Anthony Howard is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 72nd district, Hale, Marengo, Perry, and Bibb counties. He has served since winning a special election in May 2005.

Howard is an Adult Education Instructor at Shelton State Community College of Tuscaloosa.

He is a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Friendship Lodge 228, and Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.[1]
