Ralph Hise is a Republican member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 47. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Biography

Hise earned his Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Appalachian State University in 2000. He later earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University in 2003. Hise is currently the Mayor of the Town of Spruce Pine and an institutional planning and assessment officer at Mayland Community College.[1]
