Ralph Watts (b. July 26, 1944) is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 47th District since 2003.

Watts has worked as a consultant, electrical engineer, and utility manager.

He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Iowa State University Industrial Advisory Council Engineer Policy and Leadership Institute, and the National Rifle Association.[1]

Watts won re-election to the 47th District seat against Roger Huston (D). Watts had no opposition in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]
