Ralph Watts (b. July 26, 1944) is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 47th District since 2003.

Watts has worked as a consultant, electrical engineer, and utility manager.

He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Iowa State University Industrial Advisory Council Engineer Policy and Leadership Institute, and the National Rifle Association.[1]

Watts is running for re-election to the 47th District Seat in 2010 against Roger Huston (D). Watts had no opposition in the Republican primary. The general election takes place on November 2, 2010.

2008

On November 4, 2008, Watts was re-elected to the 47th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Susan Temere (D). [2] Watts raised $25,293 for his campaign, while Temere raised $19,069. [3]
