Ray Pilon (b. January 11, 1945) is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 72 since 2012. Pilon represented District 69 from 2010 to 2012.

Pilon is Director of Government Affairs at the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority. He also worked as executive vice president of a major cable company and in law enforcement. Pilon served as a Sarasota County commissioner from 1996 to 2000. He received his B.S. in Sociological Studies from Northern Michigan University. He and his wife, Kathleen, have two children.
