Raymond H. Johnston, Jr. (b. October 6, 1960) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 61. Johnston joined the house in 2011.

Johnston currently serves with the Pawtucket Police Department. He also sat on the Pawtucket Democratic City Committee Ward 1.

Johnston attended Roger Williams University where he studied Administration of Justice.
