Rebecca Otto (b. July 9, 1963) is the Minnesota State Auditor. Otto, a Democrat, was first elected in 2006. She is the 18th State Auditor.

Otto narrowly won re-election as state auditor in the November 2010 election, defeating Patricia Anderson (R), Annie Young (G), and Kenny Kalligher (Grassroots).[1]
