Rebecca Walker is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives. She has represented District 9 since 2010.

Walker is a nurse educator at Wesley College, where "she lectures on clinical practice, health policy and nursing issues."[1] She was formerly employed as a nurse educator at Immaculata University and served as president of the Delaware Board of Nursing.

Walker holds a bachelor's degree from Wilmington College, a master's of nursing from Wesley College and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.
