The Rhode Island Lieutenant Governor is a constitutional officer of the state of Rhode Island. As state by the state constitution the lieutenant governor assumes the duties of the governor during any vacancies in the governor's Office or in the event of the incapacitation of the governor. The lieutenant governor may serve two, consecutive four-year terms.

The current officeholder is Elizabeth Roberts.
