Richard Anderson (b. July 19, 1956) is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 97th District since 2005.

Anderson served as an Attorney with Millhone and Anderson Professional Corporation from 1991-2008. He has also been an Attorney with Dickinson, Throckmorton, Parker, Mannheimer and Raife, Law Clerk for Iowa Supreme Court Justice J.L. Larson, and a physical therapist.[1]
