Cebra is a former Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 101 from 2004 to 2012. He has served as Post-Chair of the Naples Republican Caucus.

Biography

Cebra is President/Chief Executive Officer of The Steamboat Landing Corporation. He has previously worked as Operations Manager for MSI Communications, Incorporated.

Cebra is a member of the Lake Region Republican Club, Naples Lions Club, Lake Anglers Association, National Rifle Association, and the Oriental Masonic Lodge Bridgton.[1]

Elections for the office of Maine House of Representatives will take place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 10, 2014, and a general election will take place on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for party candidates wishing to run in this election was March 17, 2014. The deadline for write-in candidates to run in the primary election was April 28, 2014, and the deadline for non-party candidates to run in the general election was June 2, 2014. District 101 incumbent Christine Powers was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Richard Cebra was unopposed in the Republican primary but withdrew afterwards.[2][3]
