Richard Cebra (b. May 18, 1964) is a former Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 101 from 2004 to 2012. He serves as Post-Chair of the Naples Republican Caucus.

Cebra is President/Chief Executive Officer of The Steamboat Landing Corporation. He has previously worked as Operations Manager for MSI Communications, Incorporated.

Cebra is a member of the Lake Region Republican Club, Naples Lions Club, Lake Anglers Association, National Rifle Association, and the Oriental Masonic Lodge Bridgton.[1]
