Richard Malaby (b. August 16, 1951) is a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 34 since 2010. Malaby ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 34.

Malaby is the current owner of Crocker House Country Inn. He is also a Chef and Innkeeper.

Malaby earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. He earned his Master's degree from Michigan State University, and was engaged in studies at the Institute of Public Policy at the University of Maine.

Malaby won re-election in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 34. Malaby ran unopposed in the June 12 Republican primary and defeated Arthur M. Morison (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
