Richard Norris ran for the Vermont House of Representatives Rutland 1-2 in 2010. He ran against Tom Burditt in the Republican primary on August 24, 2010. He was opposed by Dave Potter (D), Tony Morgan (D), and Tom Burditt (R) in the November 2, 2010 general election. According to unofficial results Norris lost, but as of November 15 a recount is pending.[1]
